LORETTO, Pa. – Saint Francis University men's tennis snapped its nine-match losing streak with a 5-2 victory over Bloomsburg.
Doubles
Saint Francis swept all-three doubles matches to earn the point.
Adam Kush and
Gregory Troyan won 6-2 in the No. 1 match,
Christian Banti and
Patrick Reese won 7-5 in the No. 2 match and
Matt Kozar and
Zachary Palko won 6-4 in the No. 3 match.
Singles
Saint Francis took four of the six singles matches on its way to a 5-2 victory. Kush dominated 6-1, 6-1 in the No. 1 match, while Kozar and Reese dominated with 6-2, 6-2 wins in the No. 5 and No. 6 matches, respectively. Troyan won the only three-set match 2-6, 6-0, 6-1 in the No. 4 match.
