LORETTO, Pa. – Saint Francis University women's bowling head coach Ashley Bingham has announced another addition to the 2023-24 class in Jewel Johnson.
 
Johnson comes to Loretto, Pa. from Harrisburg, Pa., upon graduation from Bishop McDevitt High School.
 
Johnson earned the Pennsylvania State Qualifier in 2020 and 2022, while also notching her highest averages those years. In addition, she earned fourth place at the district three Championship.
 
"I want to Congratulate Jewel for this amazing experience coming up next year and want to welcome her to the team", said coach Bingham. "She will be a great asset in the coming years as an athlete and in academics."
 
Johnson's highest game of her career was a 300 and her highest series was a 747. She hopes to study Pre-Law at Saint Francis as a student-athlete.
