FLASH WOMEN NUGGETS
The women had six top-five finishers at Graham Field, including the 4x800m relay team of Anderson, Carpenter, Fleck and Gregg, who picked up the sole event victory for the women with a time of 9:41.02.

Anderson made her debut in the 400m run, where she placed fifth with a time of 1:00.59.

Graduate student
Vittoria LaRosa took second in the pole vault with a clearance of 3.35m, tying her personal best mark.

In the triple jump, freshmen
Saige Wilt and
Brooke Long placed third and fourth, respectively. Wilt had a mark of 10.94m and Long had a mark of 10.59m.

To Round out the Red Flash women top-five finishers, freshman
Paige Drake ran a 13.07 to place second in the 100m dash.
FLASH MEN NUGGETS
Hyde, Parker and John Flynn, Jr. won their respective events to lead the Red Flash men in York.

Hyde picked up a win after throwing for a season best 16.34m in the shot put.
Dustin Hyde took third in the shot put with a mark of 16.02m.

Parker won the triple jump with a leap of 14.88m, a personal best. The sophomore's mark ranks him third Saint Francis all-time and 68th in the nation in the event.
Caleb Nelson took third in the event with a personal best mark of 14.40m, ranking him sixth SFU all-time.

The final event win came from Flynn Jr, who ran a personal best time of 10:00.01 in the 3000m steeple chase to earn his first career event victory.
Tyler Napora placed fourth in the steeple chase finishing with a time of 10:28.71.

Other top-five finishers included senior
Zachary Kohler, who finished second in the 5000m run with a time of 15:07.15 and
Eaghan Kieff, who took fifth in the 100m with a time of 11.51m. The freshman also took fifth in the 200m with a time of 23.10.

The 4x800m relay team of Flynn, Jr.,
Seamus Girdusky,
Thomas Presnar and
Brady Reese rounded out the Red Flash men top-five finishers with the team's fifth place time of 8:45.14.
