FLASH WOMEN NUGGETS
With their fourth place finish, the women's team had the best finish at the Paul Short Run since the 2017 squad took 2nd out of 24 teams.
Three runners finished in the top-25 out of 308 participants.
Anna Quackenbush paced the Red Flash, coming in 20th with a time of 22:05.2. Placing two spots behind Quackenbush was
Tesslyn Helms in 22nd with a time of 22:07.6. Following Helms was
Naomi Hillen in 24th, clocking in a time of 22:10.7.
Morgan McNaughton took 47th as the fourth-best runner with a time of 22:41.9. Rounding out the top-5 was
Nina Connors, who registered 104th place finish with a time of 23:14.9.
Five women competed in the Open 6k race.
Rosemary Gaydos clocked in a time of 25:03.9 to finish 262nd.
FLASH MEN NUGGETS
Shane Curran had the best finish among the eight participating Red Flash runners, finishing 158th with a time of 27:01.7.
Joseph Piccirillo placed 221st as the second-best runner with a time of 27:57.4. Rounding out the top-3 was
Wyatt Foster, who took 228th with a time of 28:04.4.
Five men competed in the Open 8k.
Ethan Shuagis recorded the best finish with a time of 28:53.0.

The Red Flash will travel to Buffalo, NY to compete in the Canisius Alumni Classic hosted by Canisius University Saturday, October 19. It will be held at Delaware Park.
