TURNING POINTS OF THE GAME

Adams got the party started just 70 seconds in when he dribbled a shot past the goalkeeper after a wonderful long ball from Aikens.

Mendes doubled the lead just two minutes before the break by burying a shot created by an excellent cross from Schelb.

In the 73rd minute, De Nittis found the ball at his feet inside the box and powered a shot into the back of the net to make it 3-0.

Schelb put the game out of reach in the 85th minute with a goal to extend the lead to four.

HOW IT HAPPENED

The Red Flash dominated the match from the opening kickoff and jumped in front early.

Schelb, De Nittis and Fabian Wagner all tried to double the lead throughout the middle portion of the half, but could not convert.

Becker continued his excellent form when he made a save in the 38th minute to maintain the lead.

Mendes doubled the lead in the 43rd minute after a smart run of play from Isreal and Schelb.

Just before half, Le Moyne's Victor Boje Henriksen was sent off after a reckless slide tackle on Mikey Walenchok

Coming out of the half, Becker made another crucial save just 30 seconds into the period to prevent momentum from swinging the Dolphins' way. He would make another one four minutes later.

With a man advantage, Wagner, De Nittis and Mendes would all try and extend the lead over the course of the half but could not do so.

De Nittis finally broke through with a powerful strike in the 73rd minute.

In the 85th minute, Patrick Kierzkowski fired a shot on goal that was saved. O'Hearn got the rebound and dished it off to Schelb, who put the exclamation point on the win with his third and fourth points of the game.

FLASH NUGGETS

Adams netted his first goal of the season.

Becker has allowed just one goal in his last four matches, bringing his goals against average to 1.00. He now leads the conference in goals against average and save percentage.

Schelb now has points in his last four matches.

Saint Francis need just one point in their final match of the regular season to lock up the top seed. They need all three points to secure back-to-back regular season titles.
