>> Saint Francis Women's Basketball fell to Rhode Island in their last non-conference game of the season on Friday, 77-37.

>> Natalie Johnson and Yanessa Boyd each lead the Red Flash in points with nine. Boyd pitched in another team-high with seven rebounds, which is a new season-high for the sophomore.

TURNING POINTS OF THE GAME
The game started out close, with Rhode Island holding a mere 7-4 lead after two Johnson free throws at the 5:21 mark. The Rams would proceed to close out the first quarter with a 10-2 run to go up 17-6. They continued their momentum into the second by outscoring Saint Francis 18-8 to take a 35-14 lead going into the half.

Rhode Island outscored the Red Flash 22-15 in the third quarter, and would outscore them 20-8 in the fourth on their way to the win.

Boyd, Johnson, and Jade Campbell combined for all of the Red Flash's 15 points in the third quarter.
