TURNING POINT OF THE GAME
During Saint Francis' conference matchup with Wagner Sunday, pressure was yet again put on the Red Flash defense. At the 32nd minute, the Seahawks struck first with a goal after three shots were put up early on. Saint Francis attempted to put a few of its own in during the first half but all missed wide of the goal.
During the second 45 minutes, Wagner put two more on the board, during the 62nd and 86th minute, keeping this game out of reach for the Red Flash. Saint Francis was out-shot in the second half, 9-1. After the 90 minutes were complete, Saint Francis' offense could not seem to answer back, ending in a shutout loss.
FLASH MOMENTS
Riley Kerr had a two scoring opportunities; At 20:26 she missed high and left and at 86:23 but was blocked by a Seahawk defender.
Raine Korpics had a pair of chances herself at 20:11 and 20:37, but both missed wide right of the goal.
Emma Sawich recorded six saves in goal for the Red Flash.
