OPENING TEE
Saint Francis women's golf will host its fall event, the Red Flash Invitational, Monday and Tuesday at Sunnehanna Country Club in Johnstown, Pa., where teams will play a round of 18 holes each day. Along with the host Red Flash, Mercyhurst, Howard, Bucknell, Saint Joseph's, Purdue Fort Wayne, Mount St. Mary's, LaSalle, Towson, and Duquesne will all be making their way to the tee box. Eight golfers will be taking the course for the Red Flash. This includes Robbin Zetrouer, McKenzie Gustas, Camille Gagnon, Bryn Sorge, Meghan Zambruno, Abigail McCorkell, Samantha Przybys, and Sophia Buday.
LAST TIME OUTÂ
Saint Francis competed at the Evan Parker Memorial October 5th and 6th, hosted by Mercyhurst. The Red Flash ended the second day in second place with a team score of 651. Zetrouer placed second overall as an individual. Freshman, Zetrouer, scored an 83, being placed in 11th after the first round of 18 on Sunday. After the final 18, she moved up nine spots, ending the day with a round-score of 75 and total-score of 158. Over the 36 holes, Zetrouer tallied 20 pars as well as three birdies on day two. Senior, Gustas, moved up six spots after Sunday's round where she finished with an 83. For today's round of 18, she recorded a 77, bringing her total score to a 160. After the two rounds, the senior tallied 19 pars and three birdies overall. Gagnon and McCorkell also placed within the top 15 for the Red Flash. Gagnon shot a total score of 166, and McCorkell shot a 168 after the two rounds. Senior, Gagnon, finished the invitational in 11th place and tallied 17 pars across 36 holes. Sophomore, McCorkell, rounded out the invitational with 16 pars and one birdie. Sorge (22nd place, 170) and Przybys (34th place, 200) also competed for the Red Flash.Â
LAST TIME AT THIS EVENTÂ
The last time Saint Francis hosted the Red Flash Invitational was in 2024. This was the first time the Red Flash hosted an event at Sunnehanna Country Club since spring of the 2014 and 2015 seasons. Following the second round of 18 holes, the team finished in fifth place with a team score of 645. Zambruno carded a 75 in the final round of the Red Flash Invitational to jump four spots on the leaderboard and finish in seventh place. The senior carded a birdie on hole four and 18, as well as tallying eleven pars. She finished the two-round tournament with a total score 155 with three birdies and 19 pars. Sorge placed in the top 15 thanks to her combined scores of 77 and 83 to shoot a 160 total. The sophomore had a birdie on hole six, and tallied seven pars during her second day. She finished the tournament with three birdies and 15 pars.Â
NEXT TIME ON THE GREENÂ
The Red Flash will travel to Bedminister, N.J., to compete at Trump National Golf Club for an event hosted by Lehigh October 25th and 26th.Â

Saint Francis added Ciara McLaughlin and Robbin Zetrouer to the 2025-2026 roster. Â
COACH CASCINOÂ BACK ON DUTYÂ
Cascino is in the fifth season of his third stint with the Red Flash and 13th overall. He was the women's golf head coach from 2005-12, for the 2017 season, and 2020-current. Saint Francis was successful in his first go-around with the women's golf program, leading the Red Flash to two consecutive Northeast Conference (NEC) Championships (2006 & 2007). In addition, he helped Saint Francis finish in the Top 3 of the conference postseasons in his first four seasons in Loretto. His son Lukas has joined the men's golf team for the 2023-24 season.Â
