WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
>> Anna Quackenbush, Rosie Gaydos, and Morgan McNaughton placed in the top eight for the women.

FLASH MOMENTS
Quackenbush led the Saint Francis women's team with a time of 22:37.5. She finished with the best finish in her NEC Championship career in fourth place. She surpassed her original best of seventh place back in 2022 during the championship. With this finish, Quackenbush earns her third straight All-NEC honor. Following close behind her was Gaydos in seventh place with a time of 22:59.3. McNaughton finished eighth place with a time of 23:14.0. Both Gaydos and McNaughton claim their best NEC Championship finish, earning them All-NEC honors. Coming in 20th with 24:14.4, Nina Connors.
The other Red Flash runners were Isabella Leger (28th, 24:47.5), Mackenzie Hirt (29th, 24:51.2), Sarah Colman (36th, 25:09.7), Abigail Sheehan (39th, 25:22.2), Ryan Wilson (43rd, 25:31.4), Jordan Dean (47th, 25:53.7), Savannah Hoover (48th, 25:54.8) and Lauren Lomago (57th, 26:49.7).
The Saint Francis women's team finished in third place with a score of 67.
On the other side, the Red Flash men's team ended up in ninth place, scoring a total of 201.
Cheruiyot led the Saint Francis men's team with a time of 26:38.6. He finished in 16th place and was one of the top freshman finishers. He was followed by Micah Brydon (36th, 27:38.5), Collin Dreese (45th, 28:07.7), Wyatt Foster (65th, 29:31.3), Aaron Tressler (68th, 29:55.6), Michelangelo Piccirillo (69th, 29:55.6), Thomas Presnar (76th, 31:22.6), Ryan Young (78th, 31:55.7), and Cael Konek (79th, 32:17.7).
