FLASH NUGGETS
Wicks nearly registered a double-double in the first half, finishing with 17 points and eight rebounds in the first 20 minutes, and finished with 22 points and 12 rebounds, three assists, and two steals. The redshirt senior has registered double figures in all four games this season, with each game of at least 15 points.
Wicks, who recorded back-to-back double-doubles for the first time in his career, became the first player since Josh Cohen to have a double-double with at least 20 points after Cohen posted 25 points and 12 rebounds against CCSU in the NEC Quarterfinals on March 1, 2023. Wicks is also the first player to have consecutive double-doubles since Miles Webb against Penn State Shenango on December 4, 2024, and Niagara on December 14, 2024. Webb finished with 17 points and 10 rebounds in both games.
Harrison registered his first 10+ point game for the Red Flash, with six of the points coming in the final three minutes. It is the 20th time in his collegiate career that he has reached double figures.
Zion Russell notched his double figures for the third time in four games in a Red Flash uniform. This was the first time he scored 10+ points and did not register a new career high after posting 15 points against Oklahoma on November 3 and 23 points against Mount St. Mary's on November 11.
