The NEC announced its television package, and the Saint Francis men's and women's basketball teams will each have a road game on ESPN+ and a home game on the RYZ Network.
The Red Flash women's basketball game at Chicago State on Thursday, January 22, will be an ESPN+ exclusive, while the men's basketball contest at Mercyhurst on Thursday, February 5, will air on ESPN+, SNP+ and NESN Nation.
Both the Saint Francis home games against Chicago State (men on Friday, January 23 and women on Thursday, January 29) will be on the RYZ Network, which will feature a men's and women's Game of the Week during conference play, airing school-produced broadcasts on its linear FAST (Free Ad-Supported TV) live channel, accessible on most Smart TVs. RYZ is available on Samsung TV+, Roku, Amazon Prime Video, Amazon Live, Xumo, Xfinity, LG, Fubo and more.Â
In addition, the NEC will select Wild Card Games to air on RYZ on Thursday, February 19 and Saturday, February 21 and one NEC Quarterfinal game. The Red Flash take on LIU on February 19 (men at home, women on the road) and Wagner on February 21 (men at home, women on the road). The men's quarterfinals are on March 4, and the women's quarterfinals are on March 9.
The games featured on ESPN+ will have NEC broadcasters, while the games on RYZ will have Saint Francis' home broadcasters if they are played at DeGol Arena.
The 18-game NEC regular season kicks off on Friday, January 2. The Saint Francis men's basketball team begins its title defense at home against Le Moyne, while women's hoops is at Le Moyne.Â
