Vestal, N.Y. – Both Saint Francis University tennis teams played Binghamton in dual matches on Saturday afternoon. The women's team won 7-0 and the men's team saw a 5-2 defeat. 

Women's Results: Saint Francis 7, Binghamton 0.  

Doubles 
The Red Flash swept all three doubles matches to earn the doubles point. 

Dasha Chichkina and Diana Zuba won the no. 1 doubles match 6-3, Sara Jankovic and Kally Kadzinski won the no. 2 match 7-6 (10-6), and Kelly Dowuona and Morgan Tuffs won the no. 3 match 6-3. 

Singles 
Saint Francis won all six singles matches to make it nine-for-nine on the day. 

Zuba won the no. 1 singles match 6-2, 6-1. Chichkina won the no. 2 match 6-3, 6-0. Dowuona won the no. 3 match 6-1, 6-2. Jankovic won the no. 3 match 6-1, 6-3. Kadzinski won the no. 5 match in a clean 6-0, 6-0 sweep. Tuffs won the no. 6 match 6-3, 6-1.  

Men's Results: Saint Francis 2, Binghamton 5.  

Doubles 
The Bearcats won two of the three doubles matches to earn the doubles point.  

Tyler Nguyen and Mathis Tremblay won the no. 1 doubles match 6-3.  

Alan Gonzalez and Kevin Kruzel lost the no. 2 match in a hard-fought 6-4 battle, while Patrick Reese and Kevin Titus Suresh fell 6-3 in the no. 3 match. 

Singles 
The Red Flash won the no. 4 and 5 singles matches courtesy of Titus Suresh and Kruzel wins. Saint Francis lost the other doubles match, resulting in a 5-2 loss. 

Titus Suresh won the no. 4 match in a nail-biting 4-6, 6-1, 1-0 (12-10) win. Kruzel won the no. 5 match in another three-set bout, seeing out a 1-6, 7-5, 6-1 win. 

Nguyen, Gonzalez, Tremblay and Noah Potts were the no. 1, 2, 3 and 6 singles competitors respectively. 

Flash Nuggets 
The Red Flash have three members of the women's team in double-digit wins. Zuba and Chichkina each have 12 wins and Dowuona has 11.

The men's and women's teams each play Le Moyne tomorrow. The men play at 6 p.m. and the women play at 7:30 p.m.
