FLASH MOMENT
The Red Flash traded goals with the Lakers in the fourth quarter. Mercyhurst struck first with a penalty shot early in the fourth quarter, garnering a response from Ohlson. With 35 seconds remaining,
Adi Garges tallied a goal that was bookended by goals from Mercyhurst. With four seconds left in the game,
Sofia Maioriello found the back of the net to end the game.
FLASH NUGGETS
Olay led scoring in the first game of the day with three goals. Rhoads led offensive efforts in the second game with two.
Claire Gebhardt, Aubrey Miller and Maioriello earned two assists each over the Lakers. Sarah Hartwell, Miller and Redaelli each tallied assists against Michigan.
Grace Raquel and Eilis Rogis earned three saves apiece in the win. Isabel Lumley started against the Wolverines with three saves, with Raquel and Rogis seeing time in net and recording two saves each.
