Aliya Garroway reached first in the top of the sixth against FGCU, advancing on a single by Sofia Zielinski. Smith added a single of her own, giving Garroway the scoring opportunity to cut the Eagles' lead to 5-1.

Bendle went 1-for-2 for the Red Flash in the first game of the day. Smith and Zielinski both went 2-for-3 with Smith tallying the lone RBI against FGCU.
Addison Deal pitched a complete game, allowing seven runs (five earned) with one walk and two strikeouts. Olivia Kolowitz pitched the second game of the afternoon, allowing nine runs (six earned) with one strikeout and two walks in 5.2 innings.
