TURNING POINT OF THE GAME
During Sunday's match between Saint Francis and Stonehill, the first half remained scoreless as the Red Flash were outshot nine to two and had Sawich had four saves.Â
During the second half, the Skyhawks took the lead with two goals before Korpics launched a long shot to the back of the net for the Red Flash. Saint Francis could not get on the board moving further into the second half, and Stonehill put three more goals on the board.Â
FLASH MOMENTSÂ
Kaitlyn Dempster had an early scoring chance at 3:09, but was saved by Stonehill's goalkeeper.
Riley Cerqua had two opportunities, at 16:18 and 50:36, but missed high and was saved.
Mercedez Paino tried to put two in during the second half at 48:53 and 51:07, but was saved by the keeper and then missed high.
Anouk Landgraff and Angelina Kasak had a chance to score for the Red Flash during the 82nd minute of the match, but both were blocked by Skyhawks' defense.

Korpics had her second goal of her senior season for the Red Flash. This marks Korpics' eighth goal of her career so far.
