GULDEN INVITATIONAL HISTORY
During the last meet, Saint Francis track & field's women's team placed fifth out of 11 team while the men finished eighth. The Red Flash had 21 top 10 finishes on the day with seven top five performances.
Anna Quackenbush (women's 3000-meter run: 10:10.49), Olivia Renk (women's 60-meter dash: 7.73), and the 4x400 women's relay team of Renk, Emma Fleck, Sarah Colman, and Gabriella del Pielago (4:05.22) all finished in second place in their respective events.
LAST EVENT
The women's team accumulated eight top 15 performances.
Olivia Renk finished in sixth place in the 200 meter dash with a time of 25.12. Junior
Sarah Colman registered a 600 meter time of 1:39.15 to give her 11th place. For the 3000 meter run,
Anna Quackenbush placed 14th with a time of 10:21.23.
To finish the women's 4 x 400 relay,
Gabriella del Pielago, Sarah Coleman,
Mackenzie Hirt, and
Morgan McNaughton took 12th with a time of 4:08.60. Three Red Flash finished back-to-back in the pole vault. Freshman
Karsyn Ford took fifth with 3.30m, then
Claire Henry (sixth, 3.15m), and
Aubrie Wells (seventh, 3.15m).
Taylor Foster placed 14th in the long jump with 5.12m.
On the other side, the men's team registered seven top 10 finishes on the day.
James Parmelee ran into eighth place during the 600 meter with a time of 1:26.90.
Thomas Presnar finished in 10th (1:29.12) in the same event. Sophomore
Ayden Martinage, took seventh place due to his 1.86 m (6'1.25") jump during the men's high jump.
Dylan Andrews completed a 4.45 meter leap to get himself seventh place in pole vault.
Jayden Foster had a 6.84 meter jump (22' 5.25") to gain fourth place in the long jump. Craft registered a 14.09 meter jump to earn himself third place in the triple jump.
Clark Gulycz once again finished in the top 10 for Saint Francis. He recorded a throw of 17.12 meters in shot put to put him in seventh place.
NEC PRESEASON POLL
Saint Francis women's track & field was picked fifth in the NEC Preseason Poll. Wagner earned five first-place votes and earned the distinction of being the preseason favorite. Stonehill and CCSU both gained two first-place nods to finish in second and third place. Chicago State gained the last vote for first-place, finishing in fourth. After the Red Flash in fifth place, FDU, LIU, New Haven, Mercyhurst, and Le Moyne round out the ten-team poll.

Saint Francis heads to the YSU Collegiate Mid Major Invitational in Youngstown, Ohio. This meet is a two day long event starting January 30.
