Saint Francis men's basketball road game at New Haven, originally scheduled for January 25, has been rescheduled for Tuesday, February 24, at 6 p.m. in West Haven, Conn., after the original scheduled date was postponed due to the snowstorm that hit the East Coast. The Red Flash and Chargers will meet for the first time in program history on Saturday, January 31, at DeGol Arena at 7 p.m.

The Red Flash's game for Thursday, January 29, at Chicago State was also postponed and will be made up on Monday, February 9, at 4 p.m. EST.

After an 80-61 win against Chicago State on January 23, the Frankies will have plenty of hoops the rest of the season, with 11 games in 28 days. Saint Francis will make up for this eight-day break since the win against the Cougars with four games in eight days, starting with Mercyhurst (February 5), Le Moyne (February 7), Chicago State (February 9), and FDU (February 12) to make up the game against the Cougars, all on the road.

The makeup against the Chargers will give Saint Francis another four games in an eight-day stretch, starting with the home finale against Wagner (February 21) and then spending six days in the Nutmeg State at New Haven (February 24), Stonehill (February 26), and CCSU (February 28) to end the regular season. The difficult part of this stretch is that the NEC Quarterfinals will start on Wednesday, March 4, and could be in Loretto or on the road, depending on seeding.

Saint Francis is riding a two-game winning streak and is looking to start NEC play 5-3 for the ninth time in program history when it faces the Chargers on Saturday at 7 p.m.
