Red Flash Women's Tennis Claim Fifth Victory Of The Year Against Lehigh

The Saint Francis women's tennis team secured its fifth victory of the 2025-26 season as the Red Flash defeated the Mountain Hawks of Lehigh, 5-2, on Saturday evening at the Lewis Indoor Tennis Center in Bethlehem, Pa.
HOW IT HAPPENED
In doubles action, the team of sophomore Dasha Chichkina and freshman Helena Lynn started the match strong with a 6-2 victory. The duo of freshman Gabriela Almanza and Kelly Dowuona followed suit, winning their match 7-5 to claim the point.
In singles, Saint Francis won four of its six matches. On court two, Dowuona dominated her Lehigh opponent, winning 6-1, 6-2. The next victory came on court four, where Lynn secured her team's 16th win of the season after falling behind in the first set, finishing strong with scores of 4-6,6-3,6-1. The final two victories were on courts five and six, where junior Reagen Mangan and sophomore Morgan Tuffs triumphed in three sets, with final scores of 6-2,3-6,6-2 and 4-6, 6-3, 6-1, respectively.
