Skylar Wicks, a member of the Saint Francis men's basketball team, has been named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District team, announced on Tuesday. Wicks had a 3.73 grade-point average in undergraduate studies and has a 4.0 grade-point average while working toward his Master of Arts in Strategic Leadership at Saint Francis. 

Wicks appeared and started 28 games with 25 double-figure point games, 12 20-point performances, four 10+ rebound games, and three doubles-doubles. He paced the Red Flash in scoring 14 times and powered the team in rebounds 19 times. He scored a career-high 33 points against Mercyhurst on February 14, which was the sixth-most points scored by an NEC player this season, and his 27 points at Le Moyne ranked as the 18th most among NEC players in 2025-26. He was named an NEC Prime Performer nine times.

Wicks ranked second in the NEC in scoring (17.8 ppg), fourth in 3-pointers made (2.18 pg), fifth in rebounding (6.7 rpg), fifth in defensive rebounds (5.14 rpg), seventh in steals (1.43 spg), seventh in minutes played (33.21 mpg), 11th in assists (2.82 apg), 13th in 3-point field goal percentage (36.3) and 15th in free throw percentage (72.5).

In NEC games only, the redshirt senior ranked third in 3-pointers made (2.25 pg), fourth in scoring (17.2 ppg), fifth in rebounds (6.4 rpg), sixth in defensive rebounds (4.69 rpg), ninth in steals (1.31 spg), 13th in assists (2.75 apg), 11th in offensive rebounds (1.69 rpg), 12th in minutes played (32.81) and 15th in 3-point field goal percentage (36.7).

In 2022-23, CSC changed the criteria to require that a student-athlete boast at least a 3.5 grade-point average, compete in 90 percent of the competition, or register 66 percent of starts in a given season. 

Saint Francis men's basketball has had a CSC All-District player seven times dating back to 2001. The Red Flash has had 22 selections in 2025-26 and has had 274 student-athletes honored since 2001-02.
