FLASH WOMEN NUGGETS
The women's team accumulated 2 top 2 finishes after this weekend.

Connors took first place in the 3000m Steeplechase with a personal best of 10:40.96. This time also gave Connors the push she needed to regain the Saint Francis University program record. 

Gaydos finished in second place after a 10:50.61 time in the same race.
