MONTCLAIR, N.J. – Saint Francis lost in late overtime to Montclair State 0-1. Huge defensive effort by the Red Wolves gave them more chances on offense.
Five different players had shots on goal throughout the four quarters and overtime.
Ryan Engleman led the Red Wolves with four shots on goal, including the last Saint Francis shot during the game at 68:07.
Hannah Capo followed her with three shots and had the first shot of the game at 5:02.
T Ciaccia had two shots while
Brenna Snyder and
Avery Bradburn had one.
Madison Morrison registered a career high of seven saves on the evening.
Saint Francis will return to action at home on Tuesday, October 6 against Mercyhurst. The clock will start at 7:00 p.m.
