SOPHOMORE (2011) – Scored two goals and three assists on the season… Notched the game-winning goal against Bucknell on the road (9/17)… Fired 14 shots on the season, eight of which were on goal… Played in all 21 team games, earning 15 starts.
FRESHMAN (2010) – NEC Rookie of the Year and All-NEC Second Team selection… Only freshman named to 2010 NSCAA/Performance Subaru NCAA Division I Women All-Northeast Region second team… Started each of Saint Francis’ 22 games during rookie season… Her 11 assists ranked 20th in the country… Also scored five goals… Twice dished out a season-high three assists in a game, including in her collegiate debut vs. Duquesne (8/20)… Two-time adidas/NEC Rookie of the Week… Scored critical goal in NEC Semifinals vs. Quinnipiac (11/5)… Registered two game-winning goals: vs. Saint Peter’s (9/17) and at Howard (9/19).
BEFORE SFU - Attended Colegio Sagrado Coracao de Jesus... Comes to the US as a five-time Sao Paulo state champion for the Guarani Futebol Club under the direction of Fernando Pereira da Silva…. Led Guarani to the regional and Brazilian championships twice…. Also the leading scorer in the Campinas tournament and was named to the First Team Futsal National Championship.
PERSONAL - Born March 7, 1992… Daughter of Domingos Dias Carvalho and Irence Maros Carvalho… Twin sister Beatriz also plays for the Red Flash… Will enroll in Saint Francis as an Exploratory Major.
