JUNIOR (2010) – Appeared in all 11 games of the season, five of which were starts … Finished the year second on the team in receptions with 31 and in receiving yards by racking up 289 total … Averaged 9.3 yards per catch … Had four games in which he made at least five catches … Most productive game came against Robert Morris (10/2) where he made five catches for 61 yards and had a season-long reception of 27 yards.

SOPHOMORE (2009) - Became a bigger part of the offense, setting a new career high in receptions in 2009… played in all 11 games for the Red Flash in 2009… recorded 15 catches for 148 yards in 2009… caught quarterback John Kelly’s first career touchdown pass in the season opener against New Hampshire (9/5)… averaged 9.9 yards per catch… recorded a season-long 31-yard reception against Monmouth, making an excellent, juggling catch downfield (11/7)… caught a season-high four passes against Northern Iowa (9/19)… caught at least three passes in four consecutive games from 9/19 (Northern Iowa) to Sacred Heart (10/10).

FRESHMAN (2008) - Played in 11 games in 2008 at wide receiver…With 13 catches, Howze accumulated 327 yards and two touchdowns…Longest reception was 86 yards against Morehead State (9/27/08), also George Little’s longest pass of the season…Also had a career/season high three receptions against Monmouth (10/4).

BEFORE SFU - Caught 40 passes for 850 yards in his senior season at Riverdale Baptist... selected to the P.G. County All Star Game… letter winner in football, basketball, and track…honor Roll student…political Science/Pre-law major.
