2013 Outdoor (Junior) - Recorded a personal record in the 200m dash 23:04 at the Wake Forest Open … Set a PR of 50:43 in the 400m at the Northeast Conference Championship finishing 17th.

2013 Indoor (Junior) - Recorded a personal record 23:27 in the 200m at the Penn State Indoor Relays … marked a personal best 400m sprint 51.55 at the Kent St. Tune-Up … finished seventh in the Penn State Indoor Relays 500m dash with 1:07.91.

2012 Outdoor (Sophomore) - Recorded a PR in the 800m with a time of 2:05.26 at the Army 5-Way.

2012 Indoor (Sophomore) - Recorded a PR in the 200m with a time of 23.19 at the Doug Raymond Invite... had a PR in the 500m with a time of 1:07.82 at the Youngstown State Invitational.

2011 Outdoor (Freshman) – Recorded a season-best run of 50.82 in the 400m dash.

2011 Indoor (Freshman) – Finished fifth overall with a season-best time of 23.48 in the 200m dash at the Thomson Invitational … posted a season-high time of 51.72 in the 400m dash at the George Mason Last Chance meet … recorded a season-high in the 500m dash at the NEC Indoor Championship with a time of 1:08.48 … was part of a 4000m distance medley squad that took first place in the event with a time of 10:16.59.

HIGH SCHOOL: Freshman from Michael Power – St. Joseph’s that competed in events between the 100m and 400m … part of three Toronto District College Athletic Association (TDCAA) championship teams between 2007 and 2009 … ranked third in Ontario in the 400m in 2008 and fourth in the Canadian Youth Championships in the 400m in 2009 … four-year member of the honor roll.
