What are your goals for the upcoming season? To develop a technique as fair as form in sprints. There are a lot of things that I need to learn, and plan to soak in every lesson.

2013 Outdoor (Freshman) - Recorded a personal record 49.23 in the 400m sprint at the 2013 Colonial State Relays … ran a 22.77 placing 15th overall in the 200m race at the Youngstown St. National Invite.

2013 Indoor (Freshman) - Recorded a personal best 22.91 in the 200m dash at the 12th Annual Bison Opener … finished first in his heat running a 50.78 400m at the Kent St. Tune-Up.

HIGH SCHOOL: At the regional level he was crowned the 4A champion in both the 400-meter and the high jump ... he was also a state finalist in the 400-meter and the high jump ... his personal records are times of 21.74 in the 200-meter and 48.02 in the 400-meter ... additionally, his personal record in the high jump is six feet, six inches, and his best long jump came in at 21 feet, 10 inches.
