JUNIOR (2010): Second-team All-Northeast Conference … Finished eighth at the NEC Championship with a time of 25:55.9 … took 75th at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional with a time of 32.12 … Opened the season with time of 26:07 at the 5.2 mile Spike Shoe Invite … Won the Cappy Anderson Invitational with time of 24:52.70 on the 8K course … posted a 23rd place finish at the Sean Earl Lakefront invite with time of 25:42.

SOPHOMORE (2009): Placed 15th out of 102 (27:15) at the 2009 NEC Championships, missing out on All-NEC consideration by one place Oct. 31 ... Took 12th out of 108 (26:23) at the Buffalo Stampede Invite Sept. 19 … finished 9th out of 332 (25:24) at the Paul Short Invitational Oct. 2.

FRESHMAN (2008): Crossed the tape in 16th (20:56.45) at his first-ever collegiate event, at the Bucknell Bison Opener... took 26th as a freshman at the 2008 NEC Cross Country Championship, finishing with a time of 27:58, and continued with a 39th-place effort at the IC4A University race with a time of 26:40... placed seventh at the Father Bede Hines Invitational (9/13/08) with a time of 17:33.

Served on SFU Student-Athlete Advisory Committee in 2009-10… fall 2008 and spring 2009 SFU Academic Honor Roll student… fall 2008, winter 2009 and spring 2009 NEC Academic Honor Roll… Economics and Finance major.
