SOPHOMORE (2011) – Did not place in the varsity seven during his freshman campaign.

FRESHMAN (2010): Crossed the finish line twice for the Red Flash both in 5K races … Finished 79th at the Mount St. Mary’s 5K invite with a time of 19:17 … Took 17th at the Father Bede Invitational 5K with a time of 18:18.

HIGH SCHOOL: Middle-distance runner from Souderton that lettered in cross country and indoor and outdoor track & field... competed on the 12th-fastest 4x800m team in the nation in high school, recording a 7:43.69... named Second-Team All-League in 2010, Third-Team in 2009, and Honorable Mention in 2008... AP Scholar.

Intends to major in Chemistry... son of Jessica and John Portock, Jr.
