JUNIOR (2016-17): Competed in three events for the Red Flash as a junior...Shot a low-round of 77 at the RMU Colonial Classic...Played to a 82.28 stroke average over seven rounds

SOPHOMORE (2015-16) - Did not compete for Saint Francis U in his sophomore season.

FRESHMAN (2014-15) - Did not compete for Saint Francis U in his freshman season.

BEFORE SFU - Shields, a three-year member of the golf team at Hollidaysburg High School comes to Loretto with some of his best golf still to come. He was the captain of his team in 2013 and carried a 77 average score per round. Shields was able to advance through Sectionals his senior year and he finished second at Districts. He then finished second in the Western Region, and was one of just 36 players to compete in the PIAA- AAA PA State Championships. Shields finished his senior season with five medalist honors.
