JUNIOR (2010): Crossed the line in six races for the Red Flash … Finished 125th at the Spike Shoe Invite with a time of 24:24 on the 6K course … Earned a 12th place finish with a time of 19:36 at the Sean Earl Lakefront Invitational, a 5K course … Posted a time of 19:38 at the Cappy Anderson Invitational and took 141st … Claimed a 31st place finish at the Delaware Blue and Gold meet with a time of 20:25 … Crossed the line 85th at the Northeast Conference Championships with a time of 21:59 on the 5K course … Earned a 184th place finish at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals with a time of 25:38 on the 6K course.

SOPHOMORE (2009): Placed 58th (21:06) at the Buffalo Stampede Invite Sept. 19 … ran a 24:40 in the 6K at the Paul Short Invitational Oct. 2 ran a 20:54 at the 2009 NEC Championships Oct. 31.

FRESHMAN (2008): Reist was named the NEC XC Rookie-of-the-Week (9/3/08) after pacing the Red Flash at the Bison Open with a 32nd-place finish in 19:23.14, 12th among all freshmen… took fourth overall with a time of 21:51.00 at the Father Bede Hines Invitational (9/13/08)… finished 60th (22:15) at the 2008 NEC Cross Country Championships.

Served on SFU Student-Athlete Advisory Committee in 2009-10… fall 2008 and spring 2009 SFU Academic Honor Roll student… fall 2008, winter 2009, and spring 2009 NEC Academic Honor Roll… Nursing major.
