Biography
SENIOR (2020-21)- Competed in all three meets … at NEC Championships, finished 16th in the 1650 free (18:32.56) and also swam the 100 fly (1:01.28) and 200 fly (2:14.02), swimming a season-best time in each event … was the runner up in the 1000 free at Duquesne (11:24.41) … finished fifth in the 200 free relay at Duquesne (1:51.86) … finished sixth in the 200 medley relay against Duquesne (2:00.98).
JUNIOR (2019-20) – Swam in nine meets … at NEC Championships, finished 17th in the 1650 free (18:19.18), 19th in the 200 fly (2:16.20) and also competed in the 500 free … finished third in the 1650 free against Siena (18:51.29) … finished fifth in the 200 fly (2:23.53) and 500 free (5:38.48) against Liberty … finished fifth in the 200 fly (2:23.37) and 400 medley relay (4:24.23) against Duquesne … finished fifth in the 500 free relay at the St. Petersburg Classic Relays (5:11.23) … totaled 14 top-10 finishes this season.
SOPHOMORE (2018-19) – Against Bowling Green (9/28), finished 10th in the 200 Freestyle, third in the 5x100 Freestyle Relay, 12th in the 50 Butterfly and seventh in the 200 Freestyle Relay...At the New England Catholic Invite (10/6), finished 16th in the 200 Freestyle Relay (1:49.12), 23rd in the 500 Freestyle (5:33.06), 26th in the 200 Freestyle (2:06.51), 11th in the 1000 Freestyle (11:23.64) and 14th in the 400 Freestyle Relay (3:55.90)...At the Tom Stubbs Relays, finished fourth in the 3x100 Butterfly Relay (3:08.14), fifth in the 100 Freestyle Relay (52.48), sixth in the 100 Medley Relay (59.84) and ninth in the 400 Freestyle Relay (4:01.18)...Against Wagner (10/27), finished fourth in the 1000 Freestyle (11:20.27), competed in the 200 Butterfly (2:21.60) and finished sixth in the 500 Freestyle (5:36.94)...Against LIU Brooklyn (11/3), finished third in the 1000 Freestyle (11:13.92), competed in the 200 Butterfly (2:20.98) and second in the 500 Freestyle (5:28.93)...Against California University of Pennsylvania (11/7), finished second in the 1000 Freestyle (11:14.95), fourth in the 200 Butterfly (2:18.36) and fifth in the 800 Freestyle Relay (8:36.93)...In the Magnus Cup (11/16-18), finished 27th in the 1650 Freestyle (18:34.02)...At the ECAC Winter Championships, finished 21th in the 800 Freestyle Relay (8:16.11), 46th in the 500 Freestyle (5:31.80), 56th in the 100 Butterfly (1:02.75) and 28th in the 200 Butterfly (2:16.80)...Against Siena (1/12), finished second in the 1000 Freestyle (11:19.97) and eighth in the 100 Butterfly (1:04.07)...At the YSU Tri-Meet, finished seventh in the 1650 Freestyle (18:56.74), tenth in the 100 Butterfly (1:04.69), and 11th in the 200 Freestyle Relay (1:52.01)...At the Western Pennsylvania Invitational, finished 21st in the 200 Medley Relay (2:03.39), 34th in the 100 Backstroke (1:11.05), 40th in the 50 Freestyle (28.08), and 22nd in the 200 Freestyle Relay (1:50.99)...At the NEC Championships (2/13-16), finished 24th in the 500 Freestyle (5:18.42), finished 13th in the 1650 Freestyle (18:09.61), and finished 16th in the 200 Butterfly (2:13.43),
FRESHMAN (2017-18) – At the NEC Championships, finished sixth in the 1,650 Freestyle (17:36.90), 13th in the 200 Butterfly (2:11.24) and 15th in the 500 Freestyle (5:08.68). Contributed to a time of 7:44.86 in the 800 Freestyle Relay, the ninth-best time in program history… At the Justin Jennings Invite (10/6), finished sixth in the 1,650 Freestyle (18:39.37), 10th in the 200 Butterfly (2:18.04), 18th in the 500 Freestyle (5:26.47), 25th in the 200 Freestyle (2:04.57) and 28th in the 100 Butterfly (1:04.00)… At the Northeast Catholic Invitational (10/13), placed ninth in the 500 Freestyle (5:21.99) and 14th in the 200 Butterfly (2:16.88) and had a time of 11:05.06 in the 1,000 Freestyle. Aided a 12th-place finish in the 400 Freestyle Relay (3:52.26) and a 13th-place finish in the 400 Medley Relay (4:14.24)… Against LIU Brooklyn (11/4), finished second in the 1,000 Freestyle (11:01.39)… At the Magnus Cup (11/17), finished 20th in the 1,650 Freestyle (18:13.08) and 27th in the 200 Butterfly (2:14.19)… In the ECAC Winter Championships (12/1), finished 25th in the 200 Butterfly (2:14.89) and 1,650 Freestyle (18:19.57)… At Siena (1/20), earned a third-place mark in the 1,000 Freestyle (11:06.02)… At the Western PA Invite (1/27), placed sixth in the 1,000 Freestyle (11:02.27) and 12th in the 500 Freestyle (5:25.78) and 200 Butterfly (2:18.28).
BEFORE SFU - Rocque swam at Cardinal Gibbons High School in North Carolina. She qualified for the North Carolina State Championships all four years. She was an All-Conference selection in 2016 and earned All-Regional honors in 2017. Helped the Crusaders to conference and regional championships in 2016. Rocque has career-best times of 5:10.52 in the 500-yard Freestyle, 1:59.24 in the 200-yard Freestyle, 17:51.70 in the 1,650-yard Freestyle and 2:12.17 in the 200-yard Butterfly. Planning to major in Aquarium and Zoo Sciences at Saint Francis.
