Biography

Junior (2020) - Played 30 minutes in a win at Howard (3/6) and made two stops.

Sophomore (2019) - Appeared in four games in net making four saves... played a season-high 29 minutes against Wagner (4/7).

Freshman (2018) - Appeared in seven games between the pipes with two starts and 17 saves...made her collegiate debut with a start vs. Duquesne (3/1)...made a career-high nine saves at Detroit Mercy (3/15).

Before SFU: A two-year letterwinner and two-year captain at FCA, Cooney earned all-league honors in each of her two varsity seasons, improving from second team all-league as a junior to first team as a senior. She posted a 48.8% save percentage as a senior, averaging over seven saves per contest.  Cooney played club lacrosse for TLC and coach John Webster.
