Huang attended Roslyn High School on Long Island where he lettered in golf his junior and senior year of high school ... Named All-Conference his senior year and given the Scholar Athlete Award in 2019.

Originally from Taipei, Taiwan ... Son of Jaw Pyng Hwang and Shwu Jen Li, with a twin sister Pei Jung ... He plans to major in Management here at SFU.
