Barbell Row (Underhand)

Hand Position: Grab the BB with your hands just outside your shoulders and palms facing up.

Foot Position:
Underneath your shoulders, toes pointed forward.

Start Position:
Pick up the BB and keep your palm facing up. Push your hips back, keep your chest up and back tight, and set yourself at roughly a 90° angle.

End Position:
Begin to drive your elbows up and squeezing your shoulder blades as you row. Be sure to keep your back tight and chest up as you are rowing. Row the BB to your mid-chest.
