Single Leg (SL) Back Extension

Set yourself in the GH machine (most gyms should have these, if not a back extension machine can suffice) so that your hips are slightly hanging off and your legs are completely extended. However, instead of hooking both legs underneath the pads, hook one under and one above (can also remain unhooked completely) and perform a back extension.
