Single arm (SA) Dumbbell (DB) Shoulder Press

Grab the DB and with your palm facing out and your elbow at 90° press the DB straight up. It should remain in-line with your ear as you press. If you begin to lean to one side as you press, the weight is too heavy. You want to remain upright with a tight core. This will be the only time we do not press with a neutral grip.
