Medicine Ball (MB) Lunge and Reach

This is a 3 part movement.
Lunge forward: Keeping your chest up, lunge forward and touch the ball to the ground, keeping the weight on your front heel.

Side Lunge: Keeping your chest up, lunge to the side with the weight through your heel and touch the ball to the ground.

Rotational Lunge: Step back and open up to a 90° angle and touch the ball to the ground.
