Hand Position: Outside the shoulders with an overhand grip.

Start Position:
Arms full extended, feet out in front of you. Bar should be in-line with your chest.

End Position:
Pull yourself straight up so that you touch yourself to the bar. Be sure to keep your core tight and hips up. If you have trouble doing this, move your feet in closer so that you are in more of a bridge position and perform the movement like that.
