Dumbbell Bench Press


Hand Position: Grip DB’s so that your palms are facing in (neutral grip).

Start Position:
Head, back and butt are on the bench and feet are firmly on the floor. Slowly lower the DB’s, making sure to keep your elbows at 45°.

End Position:
Once you reach your full range of motion, press the DB’s back up to the start position.
