Hand Position: Grip the barbell (BB) shoulder width or just outside of shoulder width.
Foot Position: Shoulder width, toes pointing forward or slightly pointed out.
Start Position: The bar should be under your chin, with your elbows tight to your body.
End Position: Press the bar straight up and as the bar passes your head, punch your head through the bar so the end position will be with the bar directly overhead and in line with your ears.
