Caleb McQuality begins his second season with Saint Francis Athletic Performance as the assistant director after joining the team in April 2023.
Before coming to Loretto, McQuality worked at William Jewell College, a Division II school, where he worked with men's and women's soccer, men's and women's swimming, men's and women's tennis, men's and women's golf and assisted with football. He also had stints at Abilene Christian University in Texas and Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The Abilene Christian men's golf team won the 2022 conference title under his athletic performance tuteledge.
He received his Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science and a minor in Mathematics in May 2021 from Wichita State University in Wichita, Kansas, and completed his Master's of Science in Kinesiology with a focus in strength and conditioning and sports psychology in December of 2023 from A.T. Still University.
