Jake Rauchbach is in his sixth season as the Director of Integrated Player Development for the Saint Francis men's basketball. Rauchbach oversees and is responsible for the implementation and development of player development and mental performance programs geared towards improving player performance. These programs are designed to promote the learning and application of mental skills and techniques associated with consistent and optimal performance.
Rauchbach is the founder of the omPoint Mobile App and the MindRight Pro program, and has served as a consultant for NBA, Olympic, EuroLeague, McDonald’s All-Americans, and world champions. He holds a master’s degree in the psychology of human movement from Temple University, and an MBA from Drexel University. He completed his undergraduate degree in finance while at Drexel and is a CMPC candidate.
Rauchbach brings international and NCAA division-1 coaching experience. He served as Co-commissioner for the Maccabi Team USA Men’s Open, that won the Gold Medal at the World Maccabiah Games in Jerusalem, Israel. As a Head Coach, Rauchbach won gold at the 2019 Maccabiah Games in Budapest, Hungary, guiding Maccabi Team USA Men’s Open to a 6-0 record. He also won Gold as an assistant coach with Maccabi USA Men’s Open at the 2017 Maccabiah Games in Jerusalem, Israel. During the 2017-2018 season, Rauchbach served as the Assistant Coach/Director of Player Development for the Ironi-Ness Ziona Basketball Club of the Israeli SuperLeague. His responsibilities included overseeing Integrated Player Development Programs, offensive responsibilities, and scouting. At the college level, Rauchbach worked as an assistant coach for the New York University Men’s Basketball staff from 2019-21. Prior to that, he worked for the men’s basketball team at Temple University from 2014-18 in various positions. At Temple, Rauchbach served as Player Performance Specialist, Consultant, and Graduate Assistant. While there, his responsibilities included overseeing Integrated Player Development Programs, assisting with scouting and providing film breakdowns. Rauchbach served as Head assistant coach for Westchester Country Day School (2013-14), Graduate Assistant for Drexel University’s Men’s Basketball Program (2011-12) and Assistant coach for Neumann University in 2011. In his playing days at Drexel, Rauchbach was a four-time NIT participant.
