In three seasons in Loretto, Kaiser has led the Red Flash to three NEC Tournament appearances, a regular-season title, and a berth in the NEC Championship Game for the first time since 2012. Going into the 2026 campaign, Kaiser owns a 22-16-11 overall record.Â
The Red Flash finished second in the NEC regular season in 2025 and advanced to the NEC Championship Game after defeating LIU 2-0 in the NEC Semifinals. Saint Francis finished 8-9-1 overall and 7-2 in NEC play, and defeated the NEC regular-season and tournament champion, FDU, 1-0 in Loretto during the regular season. Diego Garciarena became the second goalkeeper under Kaiser to be selected as the NEC Goalkeeper of the Year and was joined on the All-NEC first team by Álvaro Planas, Mika Wernicke, and Jonah Wolf.
Saint Francis finished 7-7-2 overall and 5-2-1 in NEC play to earn the No. 2 seed in the NEC Tournament in 2024. Under Kaiser, the Red Flash garnered six All-NEC selections: Joschi Schelb, Tom Schellbach, and Fabian Wagner earned All-NEC first-team honors, and Maximus Rigby was named an All-NEC second-team selection.
Kaiser started his career as Saint Francis' head coach with the longest unbeaten streak in program history, 8-0-8. It took a visit to West Virginia, ranked no. 3 in the country at the time, to end the unbeaten run in the second match of the 2024 season.
In his first season as the head coach, Kaiser led the team to the program's first unbeaten season at 7-0-8, with the Red Flash being the only unbeaten team in NCAA Division I. The Red Flash claimed the program's second NEC regular-season title, and following the team's historic run, Kaiser and his staff were named NEC Coaching Staff of the Year. Along with the staff recognition, Jordaine Jaeger was named the NEC Goalkeeper of the Year, and Schellbach was selected as the NEC Defensive Player of the Year. Schellbach, Jaeger, and Julian Jakopovic were named to the All-NEC first team, while Schellbach was named the NEC Men’s Soccer Scholar-Athlete of the Year.
Kaiser's 2023 squad finished the season ranked 13th in the nation in goals against average. The Red Flash allowed just 0.78 goals per game, a mark better than those of nationally renowned programs like Clemson, Virginia, Georgetown, Denver, West Virginia, and Vermont. Schelb was ranked 39th among freshmen in the country by Top Drawer Soccer.
Kaiser was elevated to head coach on December 12, 2022, after serving two seasons as an assistant head coach with the men’s soccer program.
As an assistant coach, Kaiser helped lead the team back to the NEC Tournament in 2022. Kaiser also helped coach five All-Conference team members, including the 2022 NEC Rookie of the Year, Jaeger.
Previously, Kaiser worked as the graduate assistant men’s soccer coach at Regis University in Denver, Colorado. In his almost three years with the Rangers, he helped guide the team back to the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) Final, posting a 21-12-5 record and earning his master’s degree in marketing (2020).
Before Saint Francis, Kaiser also served as the head coach at Kings Hammer SC in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he guided the U12 academy team to the state cup quarterfinals in his first season.Â
The Rheinberg, Germany native earned his bachelor’s degree in Sport Management from Davis and Elkins College in Elkins, West Virginia, where he played all four seasons with the Senators.
