Beitel enters her first season as an assistant coach for the track and field team after Head Coach Douglas Hoover hired the former Red Flash jumper to the staff in Fall 2023. In Beitel's role, she is responsible for the development of the jumpers alongside fellow assistant coach, DJ Horton.
Beitel was a jumper for the Saint Francis track and field team from 2019-23. She currently is ranked third in program history in the indoor (37' 11.25")Â Â and outdoor (38' 10.25")Â triple jump. She is also in the top-10 all-time in the indoor (17' 11")Â and outdoor (17' 11.75")Â long jump.Â

She scored in all six Northeast Conference Championships she participated in during her four years. There were no outdoor championships during her freshman season (2019-20) and no indoor championships during her sophomore season (2020-21).
During Beitel's time as an undergraduate, she received her BS in General Engineering. She currently works as an engineer at Curry Supply in Hollidaysburg, Pa.
