SENIOR (2019)- Ended the season second on the team in blocks with 81 and a blocks per set average of 0.86... Recorded a season high seven blocks vs. Penn State (1/21)...Notched five kills at Queens University (2/10), including four blocks ...Tallied four kills on six attempts for a .667 hitting average and six blocks vs. George Mason (2/24)...Posted five blocks in 3-2 win over Princeton (1/1)..Knocked down three crucial blocks against Purdue Fort Wayne (3/16) as he finished the night with five..Registered four blocks against Penn State (3/26).. Closed the final two matches of the season with six total kills and six total blocks.. Hayden finished his final season with 49 kills and 81 blocks. 

JUNIOR (2018)- Appeared in 20 of the 29 games played...Third on the team with 47 blocks...Recorded his best performance against Sacred Heart (Mar. 28) with 8 total blocks.

SOPHOMORE (2017)- Saw action in two matches against Barton and Charleston... Recorded three total kills and two blocks on the season.

FRESHMAN (2016) - Saw limited action as a freshman in 2016… Appeared in one match against Princeton (4/2).

BEFORE SFU - A two-time All-ECIC First Team selection, Herc hails from Eden, New York ... The 6-5 middle hitter was also named to the All-WNY Second Team and earned Lockport All-Tournament Team honors twice ... The two-time scholar-athlete played on an undefeated team for four seasons that was the division championship ... Was a three-sport athlete in high school as he also played basketball and competed in track and field.
 
PERSONAL - Hayden is the son of Heidi and John Herc and plans to enroll in SFU's History Education program.
