Bella Ayala

Saint Francis University softball announced the addition of Bella Ayala to the coaching staff as a graduate assistant in September 2024.
 
Ayala spent four seasons at Fordham where she made 132 appearances (112 starts) as an infielder from 2021-24. She hit .249 with 43 runs scored 14 doubles, seven home runs and 45 RBIs. She had a fielding percentage of .931 in her career.
 
She was named to the Atlantic 10 Conference All-Rookie Team in 2021 after she hit .305 with 16 runs scored, four double, five home runs and 25 RBIs.
 
During her career, Fordham went 112-89-1 overall and 58-31 in A-10 conference games. The Rams were A-10 Champions in 2022 after defeating George Washington, the No. 1 seed, twice in the conference tournament. Fordham advanced to the NCAA Tournament Regionals and drew No. 7-overall seeded Oklahoma State.
 
Ayala was a 2024 NFCA All-America Scholar Athlete and two-time A-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll selection. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Accounting from Fordham and is pursuing her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Sports Management at Saint Francis.
