Sarah Ross joined the Saint Francis athletics staff in 2016 as a Graduate Assistant for Student-Athlete Academic Services before transitioning in 2017 to a full-time role as the Assistant Director for Student-Athlete Development and Academic Services. She was promoted to Associate Director for Student-Athlete Development and Academic Services in 2019.
Ross completed her undergraduate degree, as a management major, in spring of 2016 after being a member of the Women's Bowling team. She was named NEC Women's Scholar-Athlete of the Year in 2016 after maintaining a perfect 4.0 GPA throughout her Red Flash career. She was also a member of the NEC Honor Roll and NEC Commissioner's Honor Roll all four years at SFU. Ross was a Second Team All-NEC selection in 2016.
Ross attended the NCAA Center in Sports Forum in June 2016 and was elected to the Saint Francis Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) Hall of Fame. Ross was a member of the Flash Focus Leadership Group.
She earned an MBA from Saint Francis in spring of 2018.
