Janicia Anderson joined the Saint Francis coaching staff prior to the 2016-17 season. Before working with the Red Flash, Anderson was a high school coach at Columbus Africentric High School in Columbus, Ohio. Anderson was the head junior varsity head coach and an assistant with the varsity team which won the Division-III state title. Anderson also worked with the All-Ohio AAU teams from 2010-14. Anderson was an honorable mention All-American at Wilberforce College in Ohio, leading the team in scoring and was the conference’s leading rebounder. She also played two seasons in the Women’s Blue Chip Basketball League, playing for the Ohio Dynasty and the Columbus Hidden Gems.
