Joey Raniero joined the women's basketball staff in June of 2023 and will assist with recruiting, post player development, mentoring, and scouting duties. He will also serve as the co-recruiting coordinator.Â
He spent the 2022-23 season at Binghamton where he was the director of player development and video coordinator. His responsibilities included scout film and tracking statistics for game management use, among other duties.

Raniero began his experience in college athletics as the video coordinator at Temple University from 2018-22. He also served as basketball operations and player development intern with the Owls in 2018. He earned his Master of Science from Temple in 2021 after he earned his Bachelor of Science in 2018.
