Tiffany Conner was named a women's basketball assistant coach in June 2022.
She joins the Red Flash after she spent the 2021-22 season at Chicago State. She helped lead the Cougars to a 71-63 overtime victory over Wisconsin, which marked the first win over a Big Ten team in program history. She was responsible for preparing opponent scouting reports, post player workouts and served as the team's academic liaison, amongst other responsibilities.
Prior to her time at Chicago State, Conner served as an assistant coach at Fort Valley State, Labette Community College and Rutgers – Newark. At Labette Community College she led the team to a No. 10 ranking in the NJCAA in 2018 and No. 9 ranking in NJCAA DII in 2018.
She graduated from Southern New Hampshire with a Master of Science in Sports Management in 2017 after she earned her undergraduate degree in Communications from South Florida in 2012. As a player at South Florida, she helped the team to an NCAA Tournament Second Round finish in 2013. She also led the Bulls with 5.9 rebounds per game during the 2012 season.
