BEFORE SFU - Comes to the Red Flash program from Hilliard Bradley High School in Ohio, where she played for head coach Becky Mottlow ... A three time team MVP, Mignery owns three varsity letters in lacrosse ... As a freshman, she earned second-team Ohio Capital Conference (OCC) and second-team all-district honors ... In her sophomore season she earned first-team OCC honors and first-team all-district honors and last season in her junior campaign she earned first-team all conference honors and was named second-team all-state.
